The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical objects (devices, vehicles, buildings and other elements integrated with electronics, software, and sensors) to collect and exchange data. The IOTES (Internet of Things & embedded System) team aims to develop connected platforms, secure and intelligent solutions based on the IoT and embedded systems such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. It provides opportunities to apply advances in IoT and embedded systems to develop new applications in the fields of health, agriculture, the environment, etc. The projected themes can be presented as follows; – Sensor networks – Security in IoT – Cloud Computing in IoT – Machine-to-machine (M2M) and IoT communications – Smart cities, smart public places and smart environments – Smart grid and IoT-based energy management – Smart agriculture and water management based on IoT – Smart factories and industry 4.0 – Artificial intelligence of things (AioT) – Short-range IoT communications |
