Dr Abdelghani Rouini was born on 8th March 1973. He received the PhD degree in 2016 frome the University of Laghouat, Algeria and the state engineer degree in Electrical Engineering from the university of Laghouat, Algeria,  in 1997 ,the Magister degree in Electrical Engineering from the university of Science  and  Technology, Oran Algeria , in 2011. He is actually an assistant lecturer at the faculty of Science  and  Technology in Djelfa , Algeria. His main research interest is modelling and simulation in high voltge using artificial intelligence methods.
